Dr. Greene, a proud North Louisiana native, is establishing his orthodontic practice in Natchitoches as the community’s only full-time local orthodontist. A board-certified orthodontist with deep roots in the area, he brings expertise and passion for creating confident smiles to the community. His return to Natchitoches represents a homecoming dedicated to providing exceptional orthodontic care.
Dr. Greene earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northwestern State University. Before pursuing orthodontics, he taught high school biology courses and was honored as the Natchitoches Parish Teacher of the Year. He completed his dental education at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Dental School in Charleston, graduating summa cum laude with Dean’s List honors and induction into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Greene furthered his specialized training with a residency at the University of Maryland, where he earned a master’s degree in biomedical science, served as chief resident, and was nominated for the Eugene L. Gottlieb Journal of Clinical Orthodontics Student of the Year award.
Dr. Greene’s practice is driven by a commitment to empowering individuals through transformative orthodontic care. His approach combines clinical excellence with genuine care, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey. His enthusiasm for orthodontics is matched by his dedication to serving the Natchitoches community, where he looks forward to building lasting relationships and making a positive impact.
Outside his practice, Dr. Greene’s greatest joy is his family. He enjoys outdoor activities including fishing, hunting, and camping, and stays active in his church. Dr. Greene and his family are eager to immerse themselves in the tight-knit Natchitoches community, contributing to its growth and celebrating its unique culture.

Leah
Leah, a Natchitoches Parish native, has been a valued member of the orthodontic field for over five years and is passionate about creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. As a Front Desk Coordinator, she assists with scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, insurance coordination, financial arrangements, and helps ensure the office runs smoothly each day.
Known for her willingness to jump in wherever needed, Leah enjoys supporting both patients and her team and takes pride in helping families feel comfortable and informed throughout their orthodontic journey. Her friendly personality, strong organizational skills, and dedication to exceptional patient care make her an important part of the practice. Her favorite part about orthodontics is helping patients feel confident about their smiles and building relationships with the wonderful families we serve.
Outside the office, Leah is a proud motocross mom to her 14-year-old son and can often be found cheering him on at the racetrack. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Lindsay
Since joining the orthodontic field in 2019, Lindsay has been dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles while creating a positive and welcoming experience throughout their treatment journey. Her favorite part of working in orthodontics is building meaningful relationships with patients and watching their confidence grow as their smiles transform.
Known for her compassionate nature and attention to detail, Lindsay strives to make every patient feel comfortable, valued, and supported. She believes that a great smile can make a lasting impact and takes pride in being part of that life-changing process.
Outside of the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son, and two dogs. Whether she’s making memories with loved ones or enjoying life’s everyday moments, family is at the center of everything she does.
